A bit about what drives my approach and work…

Being fulfilled enables people to be more effective and productive in their places of work (MacLeod & Clark, BIS 2009).

When people feel engaged, valued and supported at work, businesses perform better. It really is that simple — and that difficult.

I work with agencies to create the conditions to overcome the difficult: using performance data, honest leadership conversations and a genuine understanding of what makes people tick.

The results show up in stronger engagement, more confident leadership, better team cohesion and businesses that achieve what they set out to do.

My experience

Since 1994 I’ve worked with Leadership teams across top-tier creative, design and consulting businesses — from boutique independents to global names. I focus on making a measurable, positive impact: injecting pace, clarity and accountability into every project I take on. Some of my initial client relationships have evolved over time but remain active today.

I’ve been a business owner since 2006 and have enjoyed successes and failures along the way. It’s been valuable learning that I’m happy to share.

As a Maudsley Certified Enhanced Mental Health First Aider, I bring a trained, grounded perspective to one of the most important and often overlooked aspects of working life.

I work with business leaders and HR teams to identify when performance challenges may have deeper personal causes — and to help find the right professional support when it’s needed.

Making sure people feel genuinely safe at work is something I take to heart. In my view, it simply doesn’t make business sense to expect people to struggle on when the right help and support exists.
